Our experience with Phillip was great. On time, communicated well, explained what needed to be done, and made us feel comfortable. I do think the pricing was a bit high compared with what needed to be done. The parts were probably under $100.00. The total bill was $1800 for about 1.5 hours of work, Phillip did need another helper to remove 2 toilets, but the other 2 were just replacing the supply lines. Anyway I think this is a great company, but pricing is on the higher side.

I had three plumbers out who all charged service fees, but couldn't complete the job or recommended a large scale repair. Then I called Flood Brothers and was lucky enough to have Jerry come out to my residence. Jerry was communicative, professional, kind and most importantly -- was able to quickly diagnose and fix my shower without opening up the wall as had previously been suggested by someone else. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Flood Brothers and Jeff. Jeff arrived on a Sunday afternoon, took initial steps and returned the following day with additional equipment which solved our issue. He then explained what future repairs would entail and provided detailed analyses of each. Conscientious, responsive and professional - highest possible recommendation .

They were professional, fast, and extremely responsive. We had the entire horizontal and mainline replaced, and they did it very quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Flood Brothers Plumbing and wanted to share how impressed I was with their service. I had a serious issue with toilet paper and human waste backing up and covering my front porch from the pipe leading to the street sewer—a problem I’ve unfortunately faced multiple times over the past few years. Brandon, who handled my service, was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He began by snaking the pipe and showing me photos of the blockage, which really helped me understand the situation. I decided to have the pipe cleaned out with a hydro jet, and they returned the following day to complete the process. During this, Brandon discovered a broken pipe and made sure I was informed every step of the way. The next day, while I was at work, the team came back to dig a 4x4x4 foot hole in my grass and repair the broken pipe. They documented the entire process with photos and completed the repair with a 5-year warranty. When I came home, everything looked perfect—you wouldn’t have known such extensive work had been done. Brandon’s attention to detail and excellent communication made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Flood Brothers are truly the best for plumbing, and I highly recommend them!

I called Flood Brothers with a particularly challenging issue and Tracy came out and diagnosed and repaired quickly. He also shared his expertise on a couple of other issues we were having around the house and was a pleasure to work with. I felt the service was top-notch and honest - I will call Flood Brothers for future issues and routine maintenance!
